When will I receive my order?
Attachments for headphones will be a PREORDER. Production begins on 04/06 or EARLIER depending on when we sell out. From the production date, every attachment is MADE TO ORDER and can take up to 5-7 weeks. The earlier you place your order, the earlier you’ll receive your order.
How long will the Preorders last?
Preorders will be open from 03/30 at 2:22 PM CST until 04/06 at 2:22 PM CST or until we sell out.
How can I be updated on the attachment production?
Follow our IG: @bourdierfashion for updates regarding production and shipping. Updates will be WEEKLY!

Does Bourdier offer free shipping?
Yes, we only offer free shipping for domestic orders in the US that are $100+.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How much is international shipping?
The cost for shipping will show in your cart once you reach checkout. There isn’t any way for us to calculate it prior, unfortunately.
Am I responsible for customs fees?
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. Please note, all international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at the time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Bourdier at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
